Schedule a Personal Tour

Submit Your Application
Once you've visited our campus, our admissions team will guide you through the application process.
Depending on your child's grade level, the admissions process may include:
- Student application
- Academic screening (Grades 1–8)
- Teacher recommendation (Grades 1–8)
- Family interview
- Review of previous academic records
For Preschool and Kindergarten applicants, age requirements and health documentation are also part of the admissions process.

How to Enroll
We're excited you're interested in enrolling for the upcoming year! Here are the steps to enroll at Kingsway Christian Academy. We're here for support and guidance at every step.
01. Campus Tour (optional but recommended)
We Look Forward to Meeting You!
If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to tour the school. We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to call for an appointment to tour our campus.

02. Student Recomendation
Each applicant entering 1st – 8th grade must have a Student Recommendation completed by the current or most recent teacher or principal and parent. This must include a copy of the most recent report card and if possible the most recent test scores. The Student Recommendation is only required of students in K5 if the school year has already begun.
03. Academic Screening
Each applicant entering the 1st – 8th grade will be given an academic screening to determine if the applicant is working at the grade level consistent with KCA standards and the A Beka Curriculum. Students in K5 will only be screened if the school year has already begun. The fee is $25.00 and due at the time of the screening. Upon completion a member of the administration will interview the applicant and the parents as well as review the results of the screening. At that time it will be determined if it is necessary to continue with the enrollment process. Due to the structure and advanced demands of the curriculum, we are unable to accommodate students with IEPs, with the exception of Speech Therapy. Speech Therapy is available through the OCPS non-public school services.
04. Interview
Each family must complete an interview with a member of the administration. A time may be set up through the school office at 407-295-8901 or you may complete an Online Inquiry Form. Appointment times are available Monday through Friday between 9:30am and 2:30pm while school is in session and last about 45 minutes.
05. Application
Once the above steps are completed and a student has been accepted, you may click the link below to create the New Student Secure Online Application.
06. Financial Obligation
Upon completing the application, you will be directed to the online application fee payment center to pay the Application Fee. For tuition and fee information, please see our tuition and fees section.
For tuition payments we utilize a tuition management company, FACTS. If you will need to break down your tuition payments into monthly installments, you must set up an account with FACTS at www.online.factsmgt.com.
If your child has the Step Up For Students Scholarship, you must provide the office with a copy of the award letter. It may be emailed to us or provided in the school office.
07. Completed Enrollment
The above steps must be completed, including the online application and all necessary fees paid, plus the required documents submitted either online or in the front office before enrollment is complete. No spaces are held until enrollment is complete.

Whether your child arrives early or stays after school, they'll be in a nurturing environment where their time is spent productively and purposefully.
Before School Care
Start your day with confidence, knowing your child is in a safe and welcoming environment before classes begin.
After School Care
Our extended day program provides students with a balanced routine that includes quiet time, homework support, and supervised play.
Preschool (Pre-K)
Extended Care
Our youngest learners enjoy a scheduled nap or quiet time after school, giving them the opportunity to rest and recharge before participating in age-appropriate activities and play.
Homework Support
Kindergarten–8th Grade
Students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade complete their homework during supervised homework time before enjoying recreational activities. This helps students stay on track academically while giving families more quality time together at home in the evenings.

Does KCA require school uniforms?

What sports are offered?
Students in 4th grade and up are eligible to try out for competitive sports. We offer Cheerleading, Basketball, and intramural Volleyball. We also participate with the A.C.Y.S. Soccer League at age 5 and up, depending on registration each season.
